| ) B is Correct also "operate at a speed to be able to stop in the distance of her visibility" which means you are able and ready to maneuver. this is also true and includes answer A. even more, it makes more sense considering you are navigating and not anchored> I missed this one, never had seen it and I call total bull crap on this question!!!!! |

| Both A and C are correct - assuming we are talking about a regular power boat (vs Pilot boat or Manned Barge). |
