Rule 24 (f)(ii), not (f)(iii). Note that the question specified a single vessel being towed alongside, whereas Rule 24 (f)(iii) is for vessels (more than one) being towed along both sides of the towing vessel. |

you are wrong look at pg45 there is even a picture. (INLAND) Pushing ahead or towing alongside not part of a composite unit SHALL exhibited a special flashing light |
