SHAUN. I agree in part with your point of view. I have one caveat to do. "A vessel engaged in underwater operation is, when at anchor, not required to show anchor lights." This sentence is False. Because: "A vessel engaged in underwater operation is, when at anchor, not required to show anchor lights, WHEN AN OBSTRUCTION EXISTS." It is not ANY vessel engaged in underwater operation. This is very clear in Rule 27 (d). |
