this question is not written clearly. because if a vessel is 50m or less there is two lights and if it is 50m or more there are 3. the question does not clearly note if the vessel is over 50m or less than 50m. so are we to assume that it is always over 50m if there are questions written like this.

How is this C) If the vessel is 50 m or greater it will have an additional masthead light plus the two white masthead for a total of three. 3 Masthead would indicate a tow >100m. Shouldn't the answer be A
