Still conforms to PESO, though, because you have to maneuver to starboard to pass on port. The question is the verbiage in COLREGS which I agree is tricky. |

I think there needs to be an overhaul standardizing the lights, shapes, sounds, and verbage. I got it right but two ways of saying the same thing should be acceptable. |
