| When you’re picking an escape-style experience for a mixed group with different personalities, how much should the level of required communication influence the choice? Some rooms seem very puzzle- or task-driven, where one or two people can carry most of the progress, while others clearly force everyone to talk, share observations, and coordinate constantly. In your experience, does a discussion-heavy format actually lead to better group dynamics and satisfaction at the end, or can it sometimes overwhelm quieter participants who prefer working independently? | |

| For groups choosing between multiple rooms, I usually suggest looking at how discussion-heavy the experience is. In one forum reply, I referenced https://cognitionescapes.com/rooms/the-experiment/ since it encouraged constant communication. Nobody could solve things alone, and that shared effort made the final success feel genuinely rewarding. | |
