| I have seen this question as both a and b as correct.... An incandescent light does not have a choke ballast with a quarts resistor tube... Clearly this answer of b is a mistake... |

| Russjanicki, Yes this answer is correct. The PDF says the answer is B. Which is what this answer is showing. See question 409 of the PDF. |
