Inland only uses the "I will leave you on my starboard side" as opposed to International that states "I am altering my course to Port." Inland is a sound signal of intent whereas International is a signal of action with regards to these signals. |

This makes no sense? Sound two blast whistle and maintain course? Two blasts means turning to port. I think this question is incorrect and should be maintain course and sound no signal. |
