If my vessel is over 100 meters the answer would make sense, but the question does not specify the length of the vessel. The requirements to pass the test are very high, attention and accurate-see of the questions should be followed. Just saying!! |

correct answer this site provides is D "Manual sounding of the bell and gong must always be possible," however, this requirement is dependent upon the size of the vessel, NOT that it "must always be possible." |
