@STEVE_BODE, the question and answer (D) are correct. Towing Astern is the same light configuration for inland/international, see rule D is correct because of Rule 27, "...in addition to the lights or shapes prescribed in Rule 24(a), exhibit the lights or shapes prescribed in subparagraphs (b)(i) and (ii) of this rule. |
