International and inland sound signals are different even though they mean the same thing. International=altering to port, inland= intend to leave you |

This is dumb, only reason the answer is "the vessel is altering course to port" is because that is how its worded in the rules, even tho "the vessel intends to leave you on her starboard side" is the same thing. |
