Off subject bro!! The signal of 1 prolonged & 3 short blasts used in restricted visibility by the last Manned towed vessel of the convoy and isn’t for the departure of a ferry from the dock!!

I crew on a ferry and it front loads. So know the capt uses the horn, one long bast (i get it, one lone vs one prolong. But every capt is different one how long his blast is.) than 3 short one. So leaving the dock and backing up is what he is doing.
