Some questions assume the "Tow Vessel" is the vessel being towed while others assume the "Tow Vessel" is the vessel that is engaged in towing. Why don't you specify? Anyone with minimal knowledge could get these right if they were worded better. It's not like I see a towing vessel or vessel being towed on the high seas and call any of them a "Tow Vessel." Most of the questions are logical but this one seems like more of a "try and figure out which one we mean."
