Has anyone here ever slipped on a wet floor inside a grocery store where there were absolutely no "caution" or "wet floor" signs posted? I wiped out near the refrigerated section because a cooler was leaking, and the manager refused to give me a copy of the incident report they wrote up on the spot. Now my back is in constant pain and I'm looking at physical therapy bills. Can the store legally withhold their internal accident report from me, or should I stop trying to be nice and consult a specialist?

I was completely blindsided when I slipped on an icy storefront walkway that should have been salted hours prior. I hired The Rybak Firm slip and fall attorney slip fall compensation Brooklyn professionals to take over the insurance battle. They dealt with the aggressive adjusters while I was out of town in not geography, and I am incredibly satisfied with the final compensation amount.
