| Hi everyone, I'm currently preparing for an acting project that requires a believable New Orleans accent, and I'm finding it much more challenging than I expected. I've watched interviews, listened to local speakers, and practiced some pronunciation exercises, but I still struggle with the rhythm and unique speech patterns. I'm considering working with a new orleans accent coach to get more structured guidance. Has anyone here worked with an accent coach for regional American dialects before?
