| We had a cleaner miss a few key areas last week, and it made me think about training. How important do you think staff training is in commercial cleaning services? | |

| I remember working in a small office where the cleaning staff changed quite often, and you could tell when new people hadn’t been properly trained yet. Some areas were cleaned well, but others were missed or done in a different way each time. Over time, it created small inconsistencies that people started noticing. Later, when the company invested more in training, things improved a lot. The team seemed more confident, and the overall standard became much more consistent. Even simple things like knowing which products to use on different surfaces made a difference. So I think training isn’t just helpful, it actually shapes how reliable the whole service feels. | |
