| We've been together for several years, but we never built up any major shared assets. I used to think that was a bad thing, but now I'm kind of glad there's nothing to divide. The divorce is supposed to be by mutual agreement. Do cases like that really go a lot more smoothly? | |

| Some friends of mine had pretty much the same situation, and everything went fairly smoothly. When there are no disputes over kids or property, it makes the process a lot easier. Unfortunately, that doesn't make it any less stressful. | |
