| Hey there! I just went through this exact search a few months ago. The old town center is beautiful, but it is super crowded and prices are already sky-high. If you want real growth, look at the developing coastal spots just outside the main rush. I highly recommend checking out areas like Gonio or Chakvi. They are much quieter, have cleaner beaches, and the land value there is growing fast. I ended up finding a great off-plan project through the Eva-Estate https://www.eva-estate.com/ website, and they really helped me understand the neighborhood dynamics. You should definitely look into those outer districts before the prices catch up. | |
