| Hey guys! I just closed on a new apartment in New Haven, but the previous tenant didn't leave the key to the mailbox, and I'm also feeling a bit paranoid about who else might have copies of the front door keys. I want to get everything rekeyed and the mailbox lock replaced before I officially move all my stuff in this weekend. Does anyone have a "go-to" person for residential stuff? I'm looking for someone who is quick but also affordable since the move has already drained my bank account. | |

| Congrats on the new place! Honestly, don't try to DIY the mailbox lock; it's a pain. I’d recommend calling the team at Stat Locksmith. They handle everything from apartment lockouts to specific cabinet and mailbox locks. I’ve used them for my business and my home, and they are always super efficient. They are basically the best locksmith near me because they cover all of CT and their techs are very experienced. They’ll have those locks changed out in no time without any hassle, and they're usually much faster than the big national chains. | |
