| First of all, you need to identify the reason that is causing your burnout otherwise you won’t be able to address it and therefore solve it. A great help here would be keeping a stress diary. Not only is it a great way to reduce your stress level but also a helpful tool in understanding what is the underlying cause of your burnout. The best way to treat burnout would be to take a vacation, however, this is not always an option. In such case you need to think about delegating some of your tasks and learn how to say ‘no’ in order to avoid the overload. Try to work from home for a few days during the week, this should be able to reduce your stress level. | |

| Hello. Difficult question. I think that first, you need to rest and cool down. If you already suffered a meltdown from a burnout, you need complete rest until you are fully recovered. Immersing in the very environment that led you to the burnout in the first place is not advisable. I recommend to check an article about how to recognize a burnout to know more. Hope this will help! | |
