Most REITs have a straightforward business model: The REIT leases space and collects rents on the properties, then distributes that income as dividends to shareholders. Mortgage REITs don't own real estate, but finance real estate, instead. These REITs earn income from the interest on their investments. To qualify as a REIT, a company must comply with certain provisions in the Internal Revenue Code (IRC). These requirements include to primarily own income-generating real estate for the long term and distribute income to shareholders. Invest at least 75% of total assets in real estate, cash, or U.S. Treasuries

| Trading software is computer software designed to help traders analyze market data, identify potential trading opportunities, and execute trades. trading software can provide real-time market data and analysis, enabling traders to make informed trading decisions. Some trading software can also execute trades automatically based on pre-defined rules and parameters set by the trader. Trading software can offer several benefits, including faster and more efficient trade execution, the ability to monitor multiple markets simultaneously, and reduced emotional decision-making. However, it's important to note that trading software is not a substitute for careful planning and strategy development. Traders must still have a sound understanding of the markets and implement risk management techniques to ensure long-term success. Overall, trading software can be a valuable tool for traders looking to streamline their trading strategies and improve their overall performance. | |
