| Hello! I have only good interaction with ally financial and I am completely satisfied with them. I used their services several times when I applied for a car loan and paid off this loan without any problems. I have never been late with a payment so I had no reason to deal with customer support other than to set up my account. Their support team is very good and ready to help with any questions. I also like their website, where everything is accessible and clear. | |
