| I have a question about interpreting employee engagement surveys. My team recently conducted one, and we're trying to figure out what to do next. We've got a lot of data, but we're not sure how to use it. Are there any resources that you would recommend? Or any advice you could give us? | |

| The first step to improving something is to measure it. For an employee to be engaged, he must believe that the company really cares about him. When a manager shows that he cares about the comfort level of the team, employees respond with increased efficiency and greater loyalty. By measuring and improving engagement, you demonstrate to employees that you genuinely care about their well-being and are making a conscious effort to keep people happy at work. | |

| The Gallup Q12 (gallup survey questions) is a 12-question survey that assesses employee engagement, or the extent to which employees are connected to their jobs, motivated by them, and performing at high levels. The survey is based on the premise that happy, engaged employees are more productive and less likely to leave their jobs. The questions are designed to measure three areas of employee engagement: Engagement with their organization , Engagement with their manager, Personal well-being | |
