| One of the first in the large send-offs was in 1970, when YSL presented Rive Gauche. Yet, it was the United States that truly begun the enormous send off blast. Ladies were turning out to be more free, and were purchasing fragrances to wear over the course of the day and they began making scent Men's Perfume closets, with various aromas, one to suit each event. Then, at that point, the men's scents began to show up. Christian Dior presented Eau Sauvage, a fragrance that drove the ladies wild!
