| Alright lads, my missus has got a big nursing interview coming up next week and she's stressing about the classic question about her strengths and weaknesses. She's brilliant on the ward but rubbish at selling herself. Anyone got a solid way to nail that question without sounding like a robot reading from a textbook? | |

| The panel is not looking for a flawless robot, they want a nurse who actually reflects on their practice and does not chuck a colleague under the bus. A decent trick is to pick a real weakness like delegating too late on a busy shift, then immediately explain how she now uses a prioritisation tool to fix it. That way the bad bit is already solved. She can dig into more strengths and weaknesses nursing interview examples that actually sound human on this site https://roundlyhq.com/blog/strengths-and-weaknesses-nursing-interview/ . | |

| Never say the words I just care too much as a weakness, every second candidate rolls that out and the panel's eyes just glaze over instantly, pick something clinical like documentation timing instead. | |
