Tadarise 60 mg is a high-dose tadalafil medicine used for erectile dysfunction, and it has several important contraindications where it should not be used due to safety risks.

One of the most critical contraindications is the use of nitrate medications, such as nitroglycerin, isosorbide mononitrate, or isosorbide dinitrate, commonly prescribed for chest pain (angina). Combining these with tadalafil can cause a dangerous and potentially life-threatening drop in blood pressure.

It is also contraindicated in men with serious heart conditions, such as recent heart attack or stroke, unstable angina, or severe heart failure, especially if sexual activity itself is not medically safe.

People with severe liver or kidney impairment should avoid TADARISE 60 MG unless specifically advised by a doctor, as the drug may accumulate in the body and increase side effects.

It should not be used in individuals with hypersensitivity or allergy to tadalafil or any of its ingredients. It is also unsafe to combine it with other erectile dysfunction medications or recreational substances like “poppers” (amyl nitrite), as this may cause severe hypotension.

Caut ion is required in patients with low or uncontrolled high blood pressure, certain eye disorders such as non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION), and those with anatomical deformities of the penis.

Because 60 mg is a very high dose, it should only be used under strict medical supervision to minimize risks and ensure safe treatment outcomes.
