what? where is this rule? got it right but that is just because i looked for the least wrong answer. -"in danger" means distress signals, not prolonged, short short - pilot is four short - at anchor "not fishing" is too broad, maybe if it had said "RAM" it'd be more correct. JUST because a vessel is towing, if it isnt RAM is it still required to prolonged two short? |
