This one is right out of Rule 21 which says sidelights show "an unbroken light over an arc of the horizon of 112.5 degrees and so fixed as to show the light from right ahead to 22.5 degrees abaft the beam on its respective side". So, in other words, from straight ahead, through the beam which is 90 degrees, then through an additional 22.5 degrees abaft the beam. So, 90 degrees plus 22.5 degrees is a total arc of visibility of 112.5 degrees.

Mast headlight shows 225° and a stern light shows 135°That’s combine together makes 360° not rocket science

I’ll explain it as simple as possible 112.5 equals 225 plus 135° Equals 360° so that’s when you were coming up from the start of a vessel either on the port side of the starboard side you start to see either side light before 90°

provided information reagrding the form for applying a U.S passport with online sign on it was very useful. When I created an account on signnow.com/ask/understanding-amended-tax-returns-and-electronic-signatures I was able to apply for the passport with ease. It will save time for people as they will not have to go to passport office and be there in ques for long.
