No, squat can only physically happen in shallow water. Why is the answer in all depths of water? |

I understand why you would say that, @mckenzie. I think the logic behind the answer is that a vessel rides lower in the water at it's hull speed since the bow and stern are supported by the crests of the bow and stern waves. |
