BOTH INTERNATIONAL & INLAND When underway in a channel, you should if safe and practicable __________. | |
A) stay near the middle of the channel | |
B) keep to the starboard side of any vessels you meet | |
C) exchange whistle signals with any other vessels in the channel | |
D) keep to the side of the channel which lies to your starboard |

This is wrong. IAW the ROR CHAP 9 "A vessel proceeding along the course of a narrow channel or fairway shall keep as near to the outer limit of the channel or fairway which lies on her starboard side as is safe and practicable." | |
