A damaged "T-Boat" that is unable to meet the requirements of its Certificate of Inspection but is able to travel to a shipyard under its own power should __________.
A) hire a tug and pilot instead
B) get underway as soon as possible
C) make the trip only after obtaining a "Permit to Proceed to Another Port for Repair", Form CG-948
D) request an Expiration Certificate if the vessel displays a tendency to sink

Damn it. I have a lot of fear of traveling by boat. And I will buy air tickets to Scotland for next month. I hope the vessel like that will never get in my way.

I hope so too, my friend. By actually, if you have fear traveling by boat, why not to go with <a href="https://wolfieadventures.com/">Scottish Jeep Tours</a> and travel by a jeep? This company will never treat you as herd clientele, because they have individual approach to each traveller. And you can even ask them to drive you to the seaside of you wish.
