Answer D is not correct. Rule 26(B)(ii) requires a masthead light abaft of and higher than the all around green over red all around lights. NOT two masthead lights. |

I'm confused is this vessel not over 50 meters in length, according to the rules it must require a second mast. where am I going wrong? | |
