What is a blast whistle signal? Isn’t it one short blast or one prolonged blast of the whistle? |

Shouldn't this specify what kind of blasts? All these questions rely so heavily upon very specific wording, yet this question doesn't specify prolonged or short blasts, it just says, "two blast whistle signals," and "one blast whistle signal." |
