This makes no sense . A pushing ahead vessel shall demonstrate a special flashing yellow light shown at the bow of a pushed vessel. Why is B wrong ? | |

Yes, special flashing light is inland only. I think the first light you see would be the green starboard sidelight of the pushed vessel. | |
