| A) When it is the first vessel in the tow | |
| B) When it is last vessel in the tow | |
| C) When it is the last vessel in the tow and it is carrying a crew | |
| D) When it is manned, regardless of its position in the tow | |

| if a towed vessel is manned it must sound a fog signal. why is it not D? | |

| Agree with TPOTT. three towed vessel and the only manned vessel is in the two spot, they would sound the towed (manned) signal. | |
