International: reply is one prolonged, one short, one prolonged, one short per rule 34 if in agreement per rule 9. If unsure, then reply with five short.

This question is dumb, under what circumstance would you be navigating in a narrow channel under international rules????!! Should be inland rules.

Narrow channels exist in international waters, e.g. harbor entrances, channels between demarked shoals, traffic separations etc.
